If I'm buying a used car why should I receive a lower standard of customer service? Well you shouldn't! We believe that you should receive the same care and attention to detail as our new car customers. We deliver a first class service to all our customers.
Audi vehicles are synonymous with advanced technical features and exceptional quality. Our Audi centre provides an Approved Used Audi that has been prepared and checked by trained experts that deliver the same attention to detail as when it was first built.
Our programme includes the following benefits:
Multi-point Check
Approved Used Audis often deliver a high quality finish that is almost indistinguishable from new. We rigorously examine the vehicles we sell to ensure they compete with new vehicles. Our qualified technicians make more than 110 separate tests that cover the vehicle's mechanics, bodywork, interior and electrical tests. Their findings are published in a written report that is available for your inspection.
Vehicle Reconditioning
The findings of the comprehensive multi-point check occasionally flag up areas that require attention. Our Audi approved technicians will use this information and amend the issues.
Vehicle Provenance check
Our vehicles come with certificates to ensure that extensive checks have been made on the vehicle. We don't sell cars that have secrets. We provide verification certificates that ensure that the following checks have been made:
- The vehicle is not stolen
- The vehicles specification is correct
- The date of first registration is correct
- The car has not been used for security against a finance agreement
- The vehicle does not have a Condition record (i.e. It has not been registered as a write off)
- The vehicle has not had a number plate change to hide something.
Vehicle Mileage check
We use an independent company called Vehicle Mileage Check Limited to ensure that all Approved Used Audi Vehicles have an accurate mileage reading.
30 day exchange plan
We offer a no quibble 30day/1000mile exchange plan on all of our vehicles. It is unlikely that you will be unhappy with your vehicle but if you are your Audi Centre will help you through the process.
